El Estudio es ideal para ir sol@ o en pareja a pasar unos días de playa. Tiene lo que necesitas para relajarte o hacer home office. El estudio está dentro de un complejo muy seguro y de ambiente familiar. La playa está a 600mts del departamento, entre 10 y 15 minutos caminando o 3 minutos en auto. El acceso a la zona de alberca es de 9 a 20hs. En Puerto Aventuras hay restaurantes, delfinario, club de playa y Oxxo 24hs.

Just 1 hour away form Cancun's Airport, between Playa del Carmen and Tulum and just 20 minutes away from Xel-Ha and Xcaret. It has a beautiful Marina so 2 kayaks (with lifesavers) are included in the price. The Condo has a big terrace with views to the pool and the Marina which also has a jacuzzi (for 2). You can get to the beach by a beautiful 5 min walk. It also has Free WiFi. Restaurants and bars are just 400 m away.
