Charming idyllic sea view house

La Aldea is a fully equipped self-catering house which sleeps 4 people and it's situated in an exclusive area of Punta de la Mona in La Herradura. It's made up of a quaint little cul-de-sacs, with narrow, slightly steep roads leading to each unique house and surrounded by colourful flora. It's these things which give it it's name, "Punta de la Mona" (Point of Beauty). The area is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing with friendly neighbours. La Aldea is a little paradise and a chance for escapism.

One double bed and two individual beds stuck together. 2 large bathrooms + guest bathroom. There is also a third room (office) which can be used as a bedroom. Fully equipped with everything you need. It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Casa en Urbanización privada, con acceso directo a la playa Marina Playa, a 200 metros del Puerto Marina del Este. Casa en tres plantas, con tres grandes terrazas y cuatro dormitorios. Excelentes vistas al mar y a la montaña, piscina y parking privado comunitario en la misma urbanización.
