This stunning, private and very secluded 4 acre paradise retreat known as Punta Beach is set amongst lush tropical gardens and tall coconut trees only steps away from the warm and clear waters of the ocean near Mindoro Island's quaint, safe, warm and friendly village of San Teodoro. The architecture of the retreat's ten buildings are a cross between traditional and contemporary design boldly blending with the surroundings which include western style amenities. Quiet, relaxing and laid back.

White House by the street is a three-story small building. At the first floor is a bakery that serves quality burger, this runs for more than 6yrs already. Three Private rooms for rent are at the second floor and it’s very new. Very accessible to public tranport. There’s a small veranda at the side. This is more or less 10mins walk to the beach and a few steps to the chapel,supermarket, wet market and souvenir shops. It is suitable for couple, family and group/barkada.
