Newer home in Isla Conchilla within Islas Del Mar, a newer gated community just north of Puerto Penasco - just 10 minutes north of the Malecon. The community is home to 170 acres of lagoons and a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. With five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms containing luxury linens and appointments, the home is designed for large groups. Pool heating is available for an additional nightly fee of $50 a night for your stay.

Cortez 903 is the largest floor model for a 2 bedroom plus. It features a Master bedroom with King size bed. En-suite with master bathroom with bathtub. The guest room with 2x Queen size beds, features also a direct entrance to the second bathroom. It also offer a bunk room for children, not really a bedroom but a sleeping area. Additional a sofa bed that make it a condo with 4 sleeping areas !
