Con una temperatura media de 23 grados, en Gran Canaria vivimos en una eterna primavera. Mi apartamento ‘VIDA’ está a solo 150 metros de la Playa del Cura, a 10 minutos de la Playa de Tauro y a 15 de la Playa de Amadores. La ubicación, la tranquilidad y la facilidad de los accesos es lo que caracteriza a ‘VIDA’. Parada de taxi, autobús, supermercado, tiendas y restaurantes de diferentes temáticas están a tan solo 3 minutos de ‘VIDA’. Por qué ‘VIDA’? Porque sólo hay una y la tenemos que vivir!

For å leie alle leilighetene samlet, eller leie en av de andre leilighetene, se "Ghirmais utleiesteder" på min profil. 3 minutter å kjøre eller 15 minutter å spasere med spektakulær utsikt til en av de vakreste strendene på øya, Amadores-stranden. 5 minutters gange til restauranter, kjøpesentre og supermarkeder.

Entspannt Euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft und genießt romantische Zweisamkeit beim Sonnenuntergang und einem Glas Wein. Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, TV with Apple TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and terrace. It has one of the best locations in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico

This special place is close to everything you need, shopping, dining, restaurants, bars, grocery stores. And it´s 10-15 minutes from the sandy beach of Puerto Rico. A beautiful promenade /1km/ along the ocean will take you to another beautiful beach, Amadores.

Complex with common pool and elevator. Nearby there is a Shopping Center with supermarkets and shops. Parking on the public road. The nearby beaches (Amadores, Puerto Rico) are located about 5 minutes with taxi transport and 20-25 minutes walking (taxi rank very close).

The Right Place

Aprovecha al máximo tus vacaciones en un ambiente agradable y relajado. El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila cerca de la playa y el centro de Puerto Rico y cuenta con una pequeña piscina. Se accede por escaleras, por lo que no se recomienda para personas con movilidad reducida. La playa de Puerto Rico, su centro comercial y Mogán Mall están a 10´y 2´ minutos a pie. Guagua directa desde el aeropuerto hasta la terminal de Puerto Rico y desde allí 5´en taxi.
