Lovely village house, East Pyrenees

This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. Très jolie maison neuve chaleureuse et confortable exposée Sud avec terrasse et jardin. Le village de Latour de Carol est idéalement situé pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, avec de nombreuses activités : vélo, ski, randos, promenades ... Proximité avec l'Espagne (10 min) et l'Andorre (25 min). Les stations de ski sont à 15 min de voiture pour la plus proche Porté Puymorens. Cette maison fait partie d’un ensemble de deux maisons de vacances identiques, parfaitement indépendantes.

Amoureux de la nature, j'accueille en toute saison dans mon gîte -une très grande maison confortable avec vaste terrasse et patio couvert - ceux qui, comme moi, adorent le grand air, la randonnée, la rivière…. Le gite est situé dans un quartier très calme au pied du plateau de Beille( ski de fond et randonnée), à 500m du centre de Les Cabannes (supérette,boulangerie, pharmacie, restaurant...), 40 km du pas de la case, 15km d Ax les thermes( station de ski et thermoludisme). Maison fraichement rénovée par nos soins; au rez de chaussé une grande pièce ouverte avec cuisine toute équipée, à l' étage deux jolies chambres dont une avec vue sur le Quié de Sinsat et une salle de bain toute neuve.

Casa muy tranquila para disfrutar de una estancia en familia. Casa del año 1900 ubicada en la única calle de un pueblo con 10 casas justo delante de un Puente Románico del Siglo XII rodeado de naturaleza. Servicios como tiendas, farmacias, etc a 2 Km. En nuestra casa no podemos admitir animales de compañía porque tenemos alergia. Tampoco está permitido fumar dentro de la casa. Fianza de 1000€ en caso de incumplir las normas.
