Il mio alloggio è vicino al mare , vicino ad arte, cultura e stupende spiagge, vi piacerà per l'intimità e la posizione ed è adatto a coppie perché e dotato di tre condizionatori , creando così una privaci totale. Nella casa troverete due kayak, 4 posti al mare con letti da spiaggia, una cassapanca con maschere, pinne e giochi , ombrelloni ,teli da mare e frigo box portatile per le vostre giornate in spiaggia. C'è anche la possibilità di organizzare delle gite giornaliere con una barca a vela.

ALMAR: incantevole attico sul mare CAGLIARI

Piccolo attico sul mare di Cagliari, confortevole, con una terrazza su tre lati da cui vedi il mare, la laguna dei fenicotteri rosa, il profilo della Sella del Diavolo, l'alba e il tramonto. A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. While the other beautiful beaches of south / east Sardinia can be reached in 20/30 minutes by car.

Nella pace della collina di Capitana, col mare a 800 metri, monolocale con terrazza (condivisa con l'appartamento di fronte), giardino e piscina comuni. La piscina è stagionale, aperta dal 1° maggio a ottobre, e in ogni caso non utilizzabile in caso di maltempo. Attenzione: locale non adatto a persone molto alte, il soffitto è di altezza ribassata. Da giugno 2025, tassa comunale di soggiorno di 1 euro al giorno per persona.
