Charming river view cottage. 1 bedroom and sizable loft perfect for kids! Sleeps 6 comfortably. The cottage is a park model and although small, has everything your family will need to enjoy the river. This cottage is also our vacation home so we do keep some supplies there throughout the year. The resort has wonderful amenities and is on a beautiful stretch of the Colorado River. There is even a 50 ft water slide and play structures for kids. ATV trails nearby and boat launch on site as well.

The resort is less than 10 minutes away from Blythe, CA, 40 minutes away from Parker, AZ, 20 minutes from Quartzsite, AZ, and about an hour away from Lake Havasu, AZ.

Quartzsite Sunset Cottage Nightly and Weekly Stays

Free Internet! Well behaved pets (2 small, unless other arrangements are made) are welcome. Dish tv. This is a 400 sf Tiny home. Up to three total guests with extra bed. Free 160 channels of Dish TV. We will continue to completely sanitize the cottage after each guest, door knobs, keypad included. The cottage is by itself and only our wonderful housekeeper Tina, and the guests enter. All towels and bedding are removed after each visit.
