Art Village Karjat

The Art Village Karjat, conceived in the mind of an artist - is a boutique hotel for artistic stays and eco getaways. The project is spread over 7 acres of farm land and has been built with earth as the primary medium. This village can house upto 24 guests only. Other facilities include a recreational centre, a cafe where all local & global dishes are available, a swimming pool with underwater speakers, a pickleball court, horse stables, a meditation space, farming patches and a young forest.

Raw-Real-Rustic - Mudhouse in Midst of Nature.

Its a Mud House built with Mud, Woods and Stones and tried to keep it raw and rustic. Being close to the nature, we kept it in sync with the surrounding ecosystem.It has Round Mud Bed with direct view of backwaters and space for four to sleep. Also has wooden bunk bed in other bedroom with attached washroom.Hall with a music system, Mud Sofas with beautiful artwork.Also, has a small tiny meditation cave with a bed to sleep for two. A kitchen with earthen hearth cooking can be used by the guests.

Villa Rustica, Heritage Cottage In A Coconut Grove

Large 1 bedroom + living room villa, sleeps 4, ocean views from every room, sunbathe or lie on hammocks under a canopy of coconut trees, enjoy fresh coconuts from our trees, home-cooked meals, breezy weather, star-lit skies, and a secluded beach. Visit the Murud fish market for fresh catch, explore Creole ruins at Revdanda fort (20 mins drive), or rent cycles or banana boats and explore Nandgaon village. Ideal for families, couples, or reunions. Available with a cook, cleaner, gardener.

The art village Karjat is an artist collaborative space. Anyone can book with us for an overnight stay or choose to stay for a longer period of time. The project is spread over 7 acres of farm land. There are three cottages with two rooms each, attached baths a recreational centre, common to guests, an earth cafe where all the meals are served, a swimming pool with under water speakers, a pickle ball court, a meditation space, farming patches, a paddock for the horses and a young forest.
