Hilltop Penthouse Cottage with Sweeping Views

Walk into the light and bright open-ceiling living room and prepare to be wowed by epic panoramic views of surrounding avocado groves, vineyards and valleys. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset dinner along with the accompanying ‘top of the world’ sensation on your spacious panoramic view deck. This 950 sq. ft. 1-bedroom penthouse was completely updated in 2022 and is nestled atop a gated, 5-acre avocado grove in a climate sweet spot where you get to enjoy coastal breezes without marine layer.

Cranberry Cabin

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic cozy cabin on the top of the mountain. A basecamp ready for your Palomar adventures. This is a tiny home, 19' x 11' (the bedroom is 11x11ft). Max sleeping capacity: 2 adults and one child under age 5. No AC. Valley views are from guest accessible property, not directly from the cabin porch. Max 2 dogs stay free - disclose bringing them. $100 cat cleaning fee on top of our $50 cleaning fee, and we will charge $200 if you fail to disclose your cat(s).

The Retreat - Private and Peaceful

Sitting atop a two and half acre private property, this home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Property has direct access to the Santa Margarita River Trail Preserve. Stunning views from every room. Original wood French doors open off the dining and living rooms inviting the outside in. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall just outside the kitchen while having your morning coffee. Dine al fresco on the patio or just relax with a glass of wine from one of the many local wineries. One of 6 darling cottages renovated to new. Rent multiple cottages for you and your friends. Conveniently located near Temecula Wine Country, Old Town Temecula, and Pechanga, we are close to everything but still very secluded. Small dogs are allowed for a fee of $50 - passed on to our cleaning company for additional cleaning between guests. Unfortunately we do not allow cats due to allergy sensitivities. We also offer a Wedding and Event venue. Inquire about our special packages.

Cedar Crest

Cedar Crest is a nicely remodeled cabin while keeping its original charm. It is easy access. A few steps lead you to the deck in the middle of the trees... This cabin can sleep 2 people in a king bed and if you would like to bring your kids, the master bedroom has a full size futon. (Kids sleep free) For pet owner, the east side of the cabin has a fenced-in space. We recommend you do not let them be there unsupervised as a motivated mountain lion could jump the fence and arm your pet.

Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.
