Gameroom and private hot tub! The host resides on a separate building about a quarter acre away. He's rarely around and you'll have total privacy. You have access to all amenities without any sharing with Cory or anyone else.

The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.

Garden Cottage at the Green is a perfect place designed especially for the enjoyment of its unique, award-winning gardens, proximity to the beach and fresh coastal breezes. This exclusive retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy while still offering intimate and warm hospitality. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of $30/day /per pet which be paid on site. We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.

This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel. The A-Frame is located in a former avocado grove that is slowly being re-established with diverse permaculture. Everything is provided for cooking and eating, as well as a hot shower and composting toilet. The bed will be made for you with clean bedding.
