Detached room separately offered at far end of pool patio that owner/another guest maybe using. Available on Airbnb, "Morningside". Treat yourself to a luxurious stay. $100 cleaning fee/stay.

Welcome to our private studio, suitable as a work space or a vacation get-away. Guests have full use of the Pool, Hot Tub and BBQ in the backyard, which is a shared space with us. The studio is part of the house, but not shared, and has a private entrance and private patio area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, the beach and popular downtown area are a 5 minute drive. Casper Queen bed, Wifi, Smart TV with HBO and cable, microwave, frig, toaster, Kerig coffee.
