This chalet is well furnished & has everything you need for a winter or summer stay.

Cosy in the Centre of Ohakune

This one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of our family home (we live on the 2nd and 3rd floors). It is in the middle of Ohakune, halfway between Turoa Junction and Ohakune centre. They're a walks close by, Turoa is 20 minutes drive away and we have a list of walks that are nearby and suit a range of people. Parking is right in front of the apartment as per the photos in the listing. Our house manual also has a list of the best spots in Ohakune to check out.

Situated in the iconic Old Central Fire Station building that's been recently renovated adding another bedroom and other changes include the double glazed windows. There’s a large living/dining room with a kitchenette, a good-sized bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and one with 2 single beds. The apartment, and it’s parking, is the front half of the house as seen in the house photo. There is a ramp to the front door, no-step entry. Please send any questions you have.
