Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè immerse nella natura.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

With a view of the mountain, the chalet "Bergchalet Prantach" in Sankt Leonhard Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria) is perfect for a relaxing holiday. In estate ci sono percorsi da jogging, parco giochi, palestra, piscina/sauna, campo da tennis campo da calcio, Distanze a piedi: 5 min.: area sci e trekking Monte Cavallo con pista da slittino più lunga d'Italia 2 min. Poli supermercato 5 minuti autostrada 2 minuti fermata del bus 5 min.: centro storico con tradizionale mercatino di Natale, ristoranti e negozi

TAVERNA RUSTICA IN DIMORA DEL 1600

Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.
