Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

A newly renovated 1866 Victorian apartment set in the heart of South Cliff, a stones throw away from the Esplanade and South bay beach. A prime location for experiencing panoramic sea views and easy access to the Cleveland Way offering coastal walks, perfect for dogs. Beautiful Italian gardens, the clock tower, lift to the beach and Scarborough Spa. A hot spot for offering surrounding beauty and historical charm along with easy walking distance to the town centre, cafes, restaurants and shops.

Relax & unwind as you enjoy the views over field & forest from the patio. Just open the door and let your dog have fun in the fully fenced paddock. Explore the footpaths that lead through undulating landscapes almost from the door. Take a scenic drive to Whitby, Scarborough & dine out at the numerous places to eat. Call at the village shop for supplies as you return to The Cabin. At the end of the day relax in the quirky candlelit outdoor bath whilst watching the stars in the Dark Sky Reserve.

Harwood Cottage, A Cosy 1 Bed Cottage

Harwood Cottage is a very cosy self-catering holiday cottage in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park set in 150 acres of a private estate. It is central to all the local costal towns like Whitby and Scarborough. It is perfect for couples as it is very private and secluded location yet just a 10-15 minute drive to the local towns. The Cottage has all the facilities you need to have a comfortable stay. Including a fully equipped kitchen, Free Wi-fi, Washer/Dryer and a Smart TV.

Hayburn Cottage, a countryside haven

Our newly refurbished luxury accommodation is situated in the beautiful countryside of the north York moors national park. Situated in a Dark sky area, for those who Enjoy star gazing. Enjoy breath-taking sea views from the accommodation. with a short walk through a beautiful valley of woodland and streams to the rocky beach Hayburn Wyke. Enjoy some beautiful scenic views with a walk along the Cleavland way. A choice of 2 pubs with yummy homemade food available within walking distance.

Bramble Cottage, Harwood Dale

Bramble Cottage is a bungalow style detached Barn conversion. It has many original retained features with beamed ceilings and cosy feeling throughout. Within the National Park on a working farm this is an ideal location for walking and cycling enthusiasts, or for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors or North East Coast. It is within close driving distance of Scarborough, Whitby and Pickering. Harwood Dale is surrounded by outstanding countryside without being miles away from civilisation.

Hilda Cottage, bottom of Robin Hoods Bay!

Hilda Cottage is a 17th Century dwelling. The front door enters to the living area, downstairs is the equipped kitchen with large table. Upstairs is a double bedroom (WC ensuite) with sea views, and main bathroom, up the final flight of stairs is the loft bedroom (double bed & single bed) and sea views! The stairs are narrow & steep, see photos. If you're after old and quaint, Hilda is your girl, if you're after brand new, she probably isn't 💗 Parking permit for nearby car park.

Fully Fenced Dog Field, Sea Views & Autumn Walks

Enjoy your morning coffee in the warmth of Woodpeckers Cottage, Silpho as you watch the autumn sun rise over the sea. Wander with your dog in the fully fenced field, as the warm morning mist rises from the dewy grass. Take in the far-reaching views while deer graze in nearby fields. Have a scenic drive to dog-friendly beaches for refreshing winter walks in the salty air. End your day wrapped in a snuggle blanket with hot cocoa, gazing at the moon and stars in this Dark Sky Reserve.

Elstree Escape (private annexe, inc parking)

Elstree is a self-contained annexe to our house with allocated parking off-road and basic kitchen facilities — suitable for a short break but not for hosting dinner parties! We welcome pets and kids (although we don’t provide specialist things for infants and teenagers might find it a squash!). It is 10 min leisurely walk to the town centre and beautiful Scarborough South Bay beach, all theatres and seaside essentials. A home from home cosy space for peace, quiet and rest.

Hawthorn Cottage - delightful and welcoming

Hawthorn Cottage is a tastefully decorated cottage on a working farm in the small village of High Hawsker, mid-way between the quaint and beautiful Robin Hood's Bay and the bustling fishing town of Whitby with its historic abbey. This is the perfect spot for exploring the natural and stunning beauty of the North York Moors and the Yorkshire coastline, with the Cleveland Way coastal path and Whitby to Scarborough cycle path (Cinder Track) passing close by.

A beautifully presented and substantial barn conversion in a fine position with far reaching views over surrounding countryside and sea beyond. This one-bedroom cottage is set in an elevated position in Robin Hood’s Bay. It has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard including oak wood floors, log burning stove and a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps 2.
