The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Casa Kapusta nalazi se u gradu Ogulin, u selu iznad jezera Sabljaci uz sam rub šume, sa fantastičnim pogledom na jezero.Kuća pruza savršeno mjesto da odmorite dušu. Uključuje dvije spavaće sobe, sa bračnim i pomoćnim krevetom. SMART TV sa satelitskim programima,opremljenom kuhinjom i kupaonicom s tušem. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
