Tight Line Lodge

Tight Line Lodge lies in the Platte River Valley near the Snowy Mountain Range/Medicine Bow National Forest. It offers beautiful views of Elk, Coad, Pennock, and Kennaday mtns.; along with easy access to many outdoor activities for which Saratoga is known. Hiking, fishing, hunting, hot springs, and winter sports are possible. Enjoy central AC during the summer weeks. Located a short distance from downtown Saratoga, it's also a wonderful retreat for those seeking trendy dining, shopping, etc.

The Bunkhouse at Cottonwood Acres Country Retreat

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

Come stay downtown with us! The main bedroom in our newly renovated home features an extremely comfortable queen sized bed. The second “bed”room is set up as a dedicated office/work space with a futon couch that provides more sleeping space if needed. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for long or short stays & the bathroom has an almost spa-like feel to it with its vertical tile & dusty blue color. Come enjoy a relaxing time at this centrally-located downtown home.

The Cozy Place

This beautiful, cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from I-80. It has a large fenced backyard, great for letting 4-legged companions stretch their legs. It is visited often by the local wildlife. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and pull out sofa. Each bedroom has a queen bed and 42" Smart TV. It has an oversize bath and shower with heated floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals.

The house sits on a peaceful ranch just outside of Saratoga. With close access to the Sierra Madre Mountains this is a snowmobiler’s dream. South Spring Creek runs through the back yard of the house. Comes with constant views of south Spring Creek and the Sierra Madre and Rocky Mountains.

This is a small home, one bed, one bath; Internet, kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig; new washer, dryer. It has a new portable air conditioner 2024, as well as we installed a window swamp cooler this summer to keep the cold air flowing. It is perfect for those working away from home and who prefer a place to their own.

This apartment has everything you need for a either quick pit stop from your travels or a longer stay home away from home. Either way, this place will feel right at home with 3 private bedrooms, a spacious living room and a full kitchen. This lower level apartment is bright and open with plenty of cozy spaces for you to relax and unwind!

This is a reasonably-sized one bedroom apartment in an 8-plex. The building, as well as most of Rawlins, is outdated and unmanicured; however, the apartment is set up to be very comfortable and is definitely clean! We make it as close to "home" as possible. We do provide wifi and a Roku for streaming; however, we do not provide cable.
