This spacious garden apartment is perfect for couples, solo travelers, workers or anyone looking for a roomy place to explore the city — with all the comforts of home. Chattanooga's vibrant and walkable North Shore and Downtown are only 10 minutes away. Red Bank and Hixson are right around the corner. We live upstairs and are quiet, we have no children or pets. You may hear footsteps and normal living activities, but we strive to stay as quiet as possible to ensure a pleasant guest experience.

It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & furry friends (pets).

Just 6 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, this historic home is full of personality and charm. Enjoy a large front porch, indoor fireplace, and plenty of parking. Recent upgrades include improved attic insulation and HVAC ductwork to enhance comfort throughout the home during every season. The home is on a main road, so some road noise is expected; white noise machines are provided in each bedroom. Ideal for hikes, concerts, or family gatherings, this cozy home offers comfort and convenience.

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

This charming TINY HOUSE sits in the backyard of a single-family residence. Experience TINY living with modern amenities in a stylish space. Premium location in sought-after North Chattanooga neighborhood near downtown. Freshly decorated and fully stocked. Great restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment easily accessible within one mile of home. Although we love them, this property is NOT suitable for small children or pets due to steep staircase, small space, and loft-style bedroom.

Welcome to our family’s home where my wife and I live with our 3 children in the main house upstairs. This Pet-friendly, Private basement features a separate entrance. Two bedrooms featuring queen beds. Private bathroom with shower. Living room with couch and TV. WiFi available. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet N. Chattanooga neighborhood just 3 miles from the Northshore and downtown Chattanooga. Pets are welcome. Please include when booking. No large trucks.

This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and central Chattanooga activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park with dog park, playground, trails and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has hardwood floors, charm, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below.
