With only 5 mins flat stroll to the beautiful safe swimming beach of Orewa and only 7 minutes flat walk to the many Bars, Restaurants and shops of Orewa Beach, you will rarely need to use the car. It is a great place to start your northern journey or a base for your trip to Tiritiri Matangi Island wildlife sanctuary. It is minutes to many local beaches, ten minutes to Gulf Harbour and 10 - 15 minutes to Orewa and the motorway.

Access to a safe secluded beach ideal for swimming and paddle boarding (paddleboards are provided). Stunning Manly beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The Manly Sailing Club is also located along the beach within walking distance. 7 other beautiful white sand beaches safe for swimming are within a short car or bus ride. The home is within 35 minutes to Auckland City.

Centrally located at the heart of the famous Orewa beach in the Hibiscus Coast of North Auckland region, 200m distance from the surf beach and 350m from the entrance of the 8km estuary walk/cycle way. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed. We provide sachets of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, but no breakfast food.

The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.
