Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located off the I-5/CA44. The perfect stop over on a journey down I-5 . Keypad access. You will appreciate the blackout curtains and white noise machine for a good night's sleep or cat nap during the day! A short walk to downtown and the Sacramento River. A convenient drive to many attractions. One of our favorite things is a stroll down Market St. where we can grab a cup of coffee and visit the gift shops. No children/upstairs unit

The motor lodge glory days of style & pizzazz along the old Hwy 99 of the 50's and 60's, may have given way to bigger hotels along I-5 but the era America loved is still here with a new make over tho, now, amore industrial area. The Cascade Motel has returned with affordable comfort, new queen bed, quality linens & history. Unique and lovable in Old Motor Lodge size (small) with everything you need: microwave, frig, shower only, 55" smart TV, Internet, air-conditioning, clean & comfortable!

Comfortable, Clean, Quality Linens, Small Newly Renovated, Tucked away 20 steps off the main parking area with a view to the back more quiet area. The Cascade Motel, is a 1950 original Moter Lodge with an update. It's close to Central Redding, 12 min to Bethel, 4 min to the Bonneyview boat ramp on the Sacramento River, 6 min to I-5. This little cluster of Airbnb is part of a larger residence hotel with long- term residents. This is a quiet friendly community, welcoming sort term stays

Off street parking with room for RV or truck with boat trailer. No pets are allowed.

Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
