Magical Hobbit Hole & Breakfast

Sam Gamgee has a special place in our hearts, so the hobbit hole he inspired is our favorite of the four: carefully crafted, elegantly appointed and as comfortable as any hobbit hole in the Shire or out of it! From the cozy loveseat by the wood stove to the sleigh bed with a sheer canopy, this place will transport you to Middle Earth. Second Breakfast is included! This is a true Bed and Breakfast, so put on the bathrobe and prepare to be pampered. And Mr. Frodo‘s room is right next door!

If you want to experience the comfort of a hobbit hole in a beautiful setting, this is your next destination! From the moment you walk through our round doors, you'll be pampered with rich furnishings, a cozy king-sized bed, spacious shower, plush bathrobes and unique details. Second breakfast is included! Inspired by Meriadoc Brandybuck (Merry to his friends), it features the rich tones of Meduseld and the wood and stone of Fanghorn forest. Make sure to check out all four hobbit holes!

A cozy stay with a lovely forest view

The Gray Fox is a luxurious stay overlooking the forest and our botanical gardens. It has a queen size bed and private bathroom with full walk in shower. Gas fireplace and wet bar with microwave and refrigerator. Flat screen tv with access to Direct Tv channels! This room accommodates two and is on the 2nd level. If available we offer its neighboring room Squirrel to be rented out as well, as the rooms can be adjoined. We deliver breakfast to your door between 8 am and 9:15 am.

Inspired by Bag End, the home of Bilbo and Frodo, this hobbit hole will captivate your imagination! From the time you enter the round doors until you leave (still full from second breakfast), you will be cradled in luxury: plush chairs by the fire, soft bathrobes, fine linens on the king-sized sleigh bed, a stocked refrigerator and snack basket, massive shower and beautiful furnishings. And, our famous second breakfast will be delivered to your room each day of your stay.

In the forest & nature! Yet connected to the world

A perfect place for exploring Northern California. You’ll be charmed by this adorable Bed and Breakfast. Located right off the I-5 next to Shasta Lake. The Hummingbird sleeps 3, has a King bed and a twin sofa bed. It is attached to the main common area where there is a large sitting area, and a private patio. Hummingbird has a tub, walk-in shower, gas fireplace, wet bar, microwave, and mini-refrigerator. There is Wi-Fi, DirecTV and Breakfast served hot every morning.

Charming studio with Private Balcony and Jet Tub

The Woodpecker room is located on the second floor of our lovely B&B. It features a spacious private balcony with treetop and mountain views. For sleeping, there is a king bed and twin sofa bed, accommodates 3 people. The corner two-person spa tub is next to the gas fireplace. The bath also has a walk-in shower. Wet bar with microwave and refrigerator. No pets. We very much look forward to your stay here at the Inn! Breakfast is brought to your room each morning.
