Come stay on the farm! 40 acre working hay farm with 2 ponds, starry nights, and beautiful views. Family friendly, 12 miles (~20minutes) south of downtown Durango and 15 minutes south of Walmart. We are close to the airport and hospital in the southern agricultural area of town. We have many outdoor activities such as fishing the lakes and river near by in the summer, bike trails, hiking trails. In the winter: Snowshoeing trails and so much more! Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip. Moab is even doable too to explore Arches National Park.
