New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

New and cozy apartment next to the beach. Grocery, bakery and restaurants within 300 meter. The first cafe is located in the building and therefore only 10 meters away. Easy access to Copenhagen city center by boat, bus, bicycle or walking (2 kilometers from Tivoli or 1,5 meter to the mall). Especially families love the place for it space, direct water access, sandy beach and quiet and safe surroundings.

Fantastic unique tinyhouse that fits 4 grown ups or a family with up to 3 kids. You have everything you need: bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 400 meters away. The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.
