Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Onze villa is fantastisch gelegen in het oude Zoute op 10 minuten wandel afstand van het Albert, Knokke en Zoute strand. U geniet van totale rust in een prachtige groene omgeving en hoeft slechts 300 meter af te leggen om te genieten van de leuke winkels en de gezelligste restaurants. Parkeerplaats voor 2/3 wagens. Handdoeken aanwezig en bedden worden opgemaakt in functie van het aantal ingeschreven gasten. Deze woning is geschikt om te genieten van onze prachtige Noordzee in elk seizoen.

Strandhuiszeeland is luxe ingericht en beschikt over al het comfort om uw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De keuken is in 2022 nieuw en zeer compleet ingericht. In de bijkeuken bevinden zich een wasmachine en -droger. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke ruime inloopdouche. De master bedroom beschikt over een box-spring van Swiss Sense. In de woonkamer kun je op een heerlijke lounge-bank nagenieten van een strandwandeling. Er is tv en (bluetooth-) stereo en in de gehele woning is wifi.
