In this private unit you will find all the amenities of a 5-star hotel stocked with a fully appointed kitchen. You will have a private entrance, lounge chairs out front to take advantage of a classic sunny day in LA, and an endless array of gorgeous plants and flowers to perfume the air. The inside comes complete with central A/C&heat, a large rotatable flat screen TV with premium cable & Netflix, lightning fast WiFi, large closet space, and a skinny kitchen island for dining. This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

The tranquil studio is well appointed with modern amenities including a brand new kitchen, luxurious bathroom, and private deck. Get away from it all while still being a 15 min drive to the beach or valley.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Cozy guest house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Unit is detached from main house making it private. Full size kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. Space for dining, working and relaxing. Private entry, free parking, 240V outlet for EV charging, 5G WIFI, 3 Smart TVs, salt water pool/hot tub, barbq, central air and heating and is located within a gated yard. **** Backyard including Pool/Hot tub is shared with the host family and are not heated October through April 15th.********
