Treetop Oasis with a Balcony and Mountain Views

This guest suite blends vintage furniture and artwork with a 70's-inspired decor. Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

The Buttery Inn is a European inspired semi-private place to unplug and enjoy your next getaway. This charming two story space is attached to our home (hosts live on site in main house) Guests have a separate, private entrance, and outdoor eating area, complete with an herb garden. We are located in a friendly suburb of Los Angeles, with views of the mountains and a 1/2 hour from Malibu and the ocean. Tucked away at the back of our home, guests have easy parking on the street.

Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.
