Nel borgo avrai bar,ristoranti,market, farmacia, bancomat e aree bimbi; a 3 km sorge un'azzurra piscina per il relax estivo.

Vicino a parcheggi gratuiti e alla fermata bus proveniente dalla stazione dei treni.

Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Romantic Penthouse with view over the Umbrian hill

The building has a pleasant staircase leading to the second floor. The penthouse is nestled in the hilly area between Assisi and Perugia. Entering is the living room and equipped kitchen, smart TV, sofa, table, lovely balcony and bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, one with 2 single beds and a room with comfortable double sofa bed, TV and 2 bathrooms. 2 terraces overlooking the Umbrian hills. Waiting for the sunset is exciting with the moon that will cuddle you all night long.

Casa d'Oro (Golden House) is nestled on a terraced hillside in a panoramic position with breathtaking views and surrounded by olive trees and it's the perfect location for those who want to relax in a quiet natural environment. The house is located far from noise and pollution right between Gubbio, Perugia and Assisi, just 9 km from the E45, a toll-free highway that runs north-south connecting most of Umbria's key destinations and providing a convenient link for exploring the region.

Casetta Umbra

Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

GALLERY APARTMENT Bevignate is an original apartment of 55 sqm2, recently renovated, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Equipped with all comforts, and furnished as a true art gallery, where you can breathe a yesteryear fascinating atmosphere. Located 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Perugia, in a neighborhood provided with all services, the apartment is very quiet, bright and it is surrounded by a an equipped lovely green space.

The house of Crafts and Arts, recently renovated and modernized with all the comfort that a well arranged flat could offer. The double bed is comfortable and spacious, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the New Saint Mary’s church and on the city in general. In the bathroom you’ll find a shower designed to give you a pleasant regenerating break.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
