Convenient location as a hub while enjoying excursions as well as exploring Reykjavik and the surrounding area. On the property the owner operates a sustainable and organic vegetable farm, both outdoors and in heated greenhouses. When not in use as a rental property, the home is used as a craft workshop.

The cabin is close to Hvalfjörður, Hvammsvík Hot springs, Glymur (Iceland's tallest waterfall), Thingvellir (30 min), Golden Circle and Snæfellsnes (170 km). The Secret Cabin with hot tube in Nature Reserve

The location is exceptional, located hillside in a beautiful nature reserve, still very close to the downtown Reykjavik, 20 min drive. In winter Dec-March 4x4 car is essential in Iceland. No public transport. Enjoy the hot tube in the evening and watch for the Northern Lights, then rest inside and amid wood paneling that extends to the vaulted ceilings, and look out forest-wards from the deck. The International airport is 40-50 minutes drive. Ideal located for exploring the South West.

The house is a fantastic renovated 1930s town house in the Norðurmýri residential neighbourhood in the centre of Reykjavík. On the main floor there is a hall, dining room, kitchen, TV room with a sofa and the living room with a beautiful fireplace and access to the garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The main bedroom has a door to the balconies. Main bedroom has a 180 cm bed, other big bed room has two 90 cm single beds and the small room has a 140 cm bed.

Two bedrooms. one has a queen size bed with cupboards and the other has a single bed/sofa also with cupboards. Everything is separate, garden, veranda and hot tub. In walking distance you have a grocery store, big swimming pool, the famous Sky lagoon and the fabulous pub Mossley. Also you have the largest shopping center in Iceland called Smáralind in walking distance.

Himri the mountain villa

Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. Himri is very spacious (300 sqm) and has everything you could wish for - a fully equipped gym and game room, a sauna and a hot tub. We just bought the villa and just finished a complete renovation. Easy access from main road. Bed-linen and towels included. The cottage has a nice small kitchen with a dining table, sitting room, one bathroom with a shower and 2 bedrooms.
