Welcome to our beautiful, newly built studio located in a quite and family-friendly neighborhood in Hafnarfjörður, Iceland. Only 15 min drive to downtown Reykjavík and 30 min drive to KEF international airport. Great option for couples or solo travelers (140cm bed). Possible to add baby crib or a bunk bed upon request. Note that the access to the studio is through our garage. We live on the property and are happy to help with local tips – whether it’s hidden gems, restaurants or day trips.

This property is located in the historical part of Hafnarfjordur, in a calm residential area which is less than 10-min walking distance to the city center of Hafnarfjordur. The neighborhood has a unique charm where traditional Icelandic houses have gotten to maintain their original charm encapsulated in lava fields. Staying here you truly get to be one of the locals, tucked away from the more touristy areas. The area gives you a opportunity to view and live amongst some of the oldest buildings.

Cozy Icelandic Cabin Suite

About 1 hour 20 minutes from Keflavík International Airport. About 45 minutes from Reykjavík city centre. About 36 minutes from Þingvellir National Park. About 1 hour 30 minutes by car from Geysir area. From Reykjavík, please take the second Route 460 entrance. The final 3.5 km is a typical Icelandic countryside gravel road. If using the first Route 460 entrance, the gravel section is about 7 km. Please drive slowly on the gravel road. Free pick-up available from Klebergsskóli bus stop.

(3rd guest possible, but tight) along with bike and gear area, available upon request great for packing and unpacking the Iceland expedition of lifetime. Free parking on site for up to 3 cars. A fully functioning kitchenette and lounge chair. Outdoors dining area with gas BBQ, ideal for sunny afernoons. Important: Warm shower is outdoors! Walking distance 4 min. to local swimming pool and store. Along with the local bar Mossley.

Cosy apartment in a peacful area, only 25-30 minutes away from city center. Mount. Esjan is in easy reach away with numerous trails and stunning views of the southwestern part of the country. Here we have the northern lights dancing upon us and all around the beautiful mountain scenery during the winter months. During the summertime you can enjoy the spectacular and unique midnight sun in the pure Icelandic nature. We also offer guided hikes and northern light tours upon request.

Small studio by the ocean

Stay in the peaceful and charming Alftanes (Gardabaer), which we call "The countryside within the city". It is a family friendly neighborhood, we are located right between downtown Reykjavik (15 min. drive) & The Blue Lagoon (20-25 min. drive). & Kef intl. airport 30-35 mín drive. If this area is good enough for The President of Iceland to live, it probably is for you too! This is a quiet family area, and the ocean is right behind our property with beautiful views over Reykjavík.

Cozy and compact studio in residential area downtown Reykjavík. The small studio is within our house, has private entrance but closed off with a sliding door. We live upstairs. Small kitchen unit, refrigerator, water boiler, Nespresso machine (no oven/stove). Big double bed, desk, two chairs and a sofa. Shower room with floor heating. Main shopping street, restaurants, cafés, bars, swimming pool, museums and other attractions minutes away. Great coffee house & bakery steps away.

Harbour/downtown one bedroom with private bathroom

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Small but airy room perfect for a single traveler or a couple for a weekend or a few days. Two lovely windows provide nice lighting. Positioned on the first floor close to a quiet street so easy to jump in and out of to enjoy the most of the lovely harbour/downtown area of Reykjavik. Close to the ocean tours and the best restaurants, museums and coffee spots enjoyed by the many locals that inhabit the neighbourhood.

The getaway is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just 15-20 minutes away from Reykjavik center by foot where all its attractions wait for you. Situated on the ground floor in a calm residential building: Studio room with free parking and a private detached bathroom situated just across the communal hall. The place is only a 10 min walk away from downtown Reykjavik, 4 min from public transport, and 20 min from BSÍ, Reykjavík's main bus terminal. Includes fresh linens, hairdryer, towels and a small kitchenette essentials with water available in the bathroom across the hall.

We are located in a neighbourhood close to nature and with the best swimming pool in Reykjavik within 30 minute walking distance. Our house is in Ellidaardalur which is a very beautiful recreational area with a salmon river in the middle. Only 10 minute walk to public transport centre. The appartment is 35 square metres with high ceilings. Top quality king size bed, and a sleeping sofa. Exellent for famely with kids.
