Fußläufig 15min vom Rhein entf., das Naherholungsgebiet "Blaue Adria" ist ca. 2km entfernt und mit Fahrrädern ideal zu erreichen. Direkt am Rhein entlang sind wunderschöne Radwege Richtung Speyer oder Ludwigshafen und eine Fähre fährt im 15-Minuten Takt nach Mannheim (Mo-So 5.30Uhr - 22Uhr). In ca. 300m Entfernung befinden sich ein Supermarkt, Bäcker mit Café und ein Eiscafé.

The nearby Maudacher Bruch nature reserve invites relaxing walks in green surroundings. Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Palatinate Forest are easily accessible. The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features a private entrance and garden area. A bakery, supermarket and tram stop are just 150 metres away. I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

Kommen, wandern, wohlfühlen und ausspannen, Kraft tanken, Ruhe finden und sich aufgehoben fühlen in unserer Erdgeschosswohnung, die wir achtsam saniert haben. Wir haben den Hof vor 12 Jahren gekauft und bauen, gärtnern und leben hier seitdem sehr glücklich trotz all der Aufgaben die immer noch warten. Inzwischen lebt auch die Familie unserer Tochter Nele auf dem Hof. Nele ist auch immer ansprechbar. Ihr findet uns am Ortsrand von Wald-Erlenbach.

Meine Räume sind neu renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail modern eingerichtet. Es gibt von hier aus viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie Baden-Baden, Heidelberg, Stuttgart etc. Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral. Mit dem Auto sind es 5 Minuten zur Autobahn, 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten zur Stadtbahn, 10 Minuten über einen Fußweg zu Edeka oder Lidl. Es gibt einen Badesee am Ortsrand, schöne Wanderwege. Restaurants in der Nähe.
