Our lovingly renovated apartment, situated on the second floor of a former guesthouse, offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Along with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, kettle, and espresso pot, you can look forward to comfortable bedrooms with blackout options and ample storage space. The apartment features a washing machine and dryer for communal use, and you'll have exclusive access to the dryer. Thanks to Wi-Fi and a television, you'll stay well-entertained and connected during your holiday. The balcony offers a special charm, inviting you to linger in the fresh air. The exterior of the holiday apartment blends harmoniously with the idyllic surroundings of the Appenzellerland, perfect for nature lovers. The proximity to mountain and cable cars (3 km), a cross-country skiing area (3.5 km), and Lake Constance (6.5 km) enables a variety of leisure activities. Das Studio besitzt ein Bett 140/200 (2 Pers.) plus ein Schlafsofa 140/200 (4 Pers.) inkl.doppel Duvet 220/200cm. Die Küche ist zum Kochen komplett ausgestattet inkl. Salz, Kräuter, Kaffee und Tee. Zum Studio gehört ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC inkl. Handtuch, Föhn, Duschgel & Shampoo. Vor dem Haus steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung . Tiere 15 CHF pro Tag
