This mid-terrace cottage is situated in a hamlet, two miles outside of Bala, a gateway to Snowdonia National Park with pubs, restaurants and outdoor activities. Our cottage is surrounded by farms and hills, a perfect spot for a getaway. There are walking paths in front of the house, leading you through the stunning Welsh landscape; Llyn Tegid (Lake Bala) is a 5 minute drive away and Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) 60 minutes. The beaches by the Llyn Peninsula and Barmouth are only 45m away. Pet free.

The converted Victorian primary school enjoys stunning views across the mountains, showcasing the breathtaking views of North Wales and just 3 miles from the Snowdonia National Park. The Old School is nestled in the small hamlet of Glasfryn in Conwy, North Wales. Conveniently located on the A5 between Betws –y- Coed and Bala. Hafod Y Llan Bach - a real escape to the country

Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. That is all before you start to explore the area... If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to come....

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

You have a perfect lake for wild swimming, with 2 Kayaks and rowing boat. There are fantastic walks right from the doorstep and recommendations for walks and activities a short drive away. Table tennis, pool table and Frisbee Golf course onsite. Good wi-fi and mobile signal. Check-in 3pm - Check-out 11am.

Approx 4 miles from Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Good base for outdoor activites in the area like Zip world, Bounce Below etc. with the coasts of Llandudno/Colwyn Bay approx 20 miles from farm. Good base for guests who enjoy being outdoors either walking, cycling or visiting Snowdonia. Car essential due to location. Sorry, no Pets.
