Self contained guest suite in historic village

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Characterful Farm Cottage off the beaten track

Tyddyn Morgan is a historic cottage nestling on the edge of the woods in the quiet of the hills. A cosy lounge has a wood burner in the inglenook fireplace for those chilly nights. A well equipped kitchen with dining table. The two bedrooms with a double in the master and bunks in the second makes this a cosy cottage for two or the family. Explore country lanes from the doorstep or we are only a mile from the sea and a welcoming base to explore North Wales from or just stay in and relax.

Halkyn Mountain, Barn Studio - Mold/Holywell

A cosy, quirky, quaint, clean and comfortable self-contained studio barn conversion accessed via outside stone steps in courtyard of old stone farm buildings. Located five minutes from A55 and adjacent to Halkyn Mountain, an ideal touring base for exploring our local area and beyond, great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, the beaches and castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia or Chester/Liverpool. It is very small, but fully equipped with modern facilities with character features.

Farm pods

Glamping Pods are set on a family run farm within stunning views of the north wales coast, and surrounded by panoramic views looking out to the sea. Been told by so many that the pictures do NOT do it any justice. There is a petrol station and a shop 1/2 mile down the road, 3 miles from the town of Abergele, which hosts a range of different takeaways and a Tesco’s. We have two pods. Off Grid unique Panoramic Dome, sleeping 2 adults.Has a double bed, log burner and amazing views. As you enter your quirky dome, you’ll be tempted to dive into the double bed and devour those views! You’ll also find comfy seating – the ideal spot for a cup of tea and a change of viewpoint! Simply yet effectively furnished, the space reinforces the sense that this is a sanctuary. Cosy rural 1 bedroom cottage with views & patio

The cottage is ideally placed for walking or cycling holidays. It benefits from a secluded patio and garden with unrivalled views across the Clwydian Valley. It has been recently renovated and sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. There is facility to store bikes and to dry wet gear. Plus it is within a short walk of the Dinorben Arms. Only 450 metres off the Offa’s Dyke trail.
