Terfyn Annex

After years of renovation experience, we decided to transform our out house into a self contained annex which comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 double bed. We have designed this space using our interest in antique/bespoke furnishings. With each piece of furniture either loved back to life or handmade ourselves. The annex boasts a private En-suite bathroom with power shower, basin & toilet where in addition, basic toiletries are provided. Fresh bedding & towels will also be awaiting your arrival!

You will find a spacious bungalow located on promenade within easy walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. New golf clubhouse next door is great for drinks and snacks, various places near. Property is secluded and private but only a short walk to shops, bars and take aways and a restaurant. 15/20 min walk to Rhyl.

Explore country lanes from the doorstep or we are only a mile from the sea and a welcoming base to explore North Wales from or just stay in and relax.

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
