Cwm Farm Cwtch, is a homely cottage set on a farm in Pontsticill, Merthyr Tydfil. You can enjoy the fantastic views and scenery, take a walk around our farm and interact with the animals (donkeys, chickens, dogs). Situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park, The Cwtch is in a perfect location for a number of activities, e.g Brecon Mountain Railway, Bikepark Wales, Morlais Golf Course, River fishing and lots more. James' Place@Dowlais offers 7 individually and creatively styled self-catering studios. They are ideally placed for exploring the Brecon Beacons National Park, visiting Bike Park Wales, Zip World South or working away from home. We are dog friendly and there is a £20 charge per dog per stay. In addition we are happy for bikes to be stored in the main hall under the stairs if you bring chain and padlock or taken into your studio providing they are clean.
