The building is a beautiful and recently renovated with AC, characterized by original architectural and decoration details, both inside the apartments, as well as the common areas, and much appreciated in this type of accommodation. In the building there is a common area, access to all guests, and located in the basement of it. It is a laundry, consisting of a washing machine and dryer.
