In this experience, you will visit the unparalleled DOURO VALLEY, the first-denominated wine region in the world and a world heritage site by UNESCO. The day starts at our meeting point and then we will be heading to the Valley. For the drive we will do a loop around the valley to better see and enjoy all the different landscapes, first driving through the N323 with all the astonishing viewpoints of the valley and where we have the first stop, a small winery from a local producer to try his regular wines (reds and whites from the region) and olive oil. The second stop is at Pinhão for a typical Portuguese lunch at a local tavern with great options for Vegans and Vegetarians. Still in Pinhão, we have a 1-hour mini-cruise in a typical Rabelo boat along the astonishing Douro River with the Valley as a background view (the boat cruise is shared with other groups). The journey will continue through the National Road 222, one of the most iconic roads in Portugal, winner of the "World's Best Driving Road Award", which will take us to the second winery for more tasting, parings and story tales from the wineries owners. After that, we will return to Porto and arrive to Porto at around 6:00 PM.

This experience will be carried out in a very intimate environment inside our room tasting located in the Porto city center, right across the street from one of the most emblematic buildings in Porto, "Palácio da Bolsa". We will start by learning about Portuguese wines and wine regions across the country, but mainly about the Port. Note that Portugal is the biggest per capita producer of wine in the World and wines are exactly what we have the most! For the tasting, you will have the chance to learn the history of Port wine and the different, but most important of all, to taste them and learn how to pair them. For those who would like to go deeper into the Port Wine culture, you can have the chance to upgrade your experience and open an Old Port Wine with hot tongs. For this, we need to warm up a special tong to very high temperatures) this is an ancient process we still use to not destroy the cork while opening the bottle and, as such, keep the wine intact, free of cork contamination. (Not included in this experience but you can upgrade the experience)

OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT SURFING EXPERIENCE, whether it's your first time trying surfing or you are trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards and head down to the sand. This experience is for Small Groups (MAXIMUM 8 PARTICIPANTS per COACH) from total beginners surfers. For the first 15 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then the rest of the classe with an instructor in the ocean. Other things to note A container to change clothes (NOT IN THE STREET) and safe space to store your belongings (NOT IN A CAR). At the end of the lesson you have access to an outdoor shower. Attention: tour in English Hello, my name is José and me and my friends João and Inês will show you around this beautiful city :) This will be a very relaxed and friendly tour full of stories, history, and fun facts, throughout the most iconic and scenic streets and alleys of Porto's historical center, the same ones that have made the city of Porto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With us you'll be traveling in time, having the chance to walk where the knights and kings walked, and enjoy breathtaking views of the city and its details. This friendly walk will start at our meeting point at Rua Mouzinho da Silveira 34, right in front of Palácio da Bolsa. and then we will get lost downtown in the medieval streets of Porto, passing by iconic places such as the São Bento Station, Riverside, St. Francis Church, Lello bookstore, Clérigo's tower, astonishing viewpoints, and much more. On our way, you will have the opportunity to learn about our history, how Portugal was born, and the importance of the city of Porto for the country. For your big finale, we've got a great surprise for you at “Rua Mouzinho Silveira” with a toast of Port Wine ;)

Learn how to make the famous "Pastel de Nata", so that you can return home and enjoy the traditional Portuguese pastries made by you. While learning how to bake traditional pastries, you can taste a regional wine and learn about Portuguese culture and history through a gastronomic conversation. Once it's ready, it's time to enjoy the learning results with some warm pastries! In this experience, the host will give the participants the opportunity to alternately participate in the different phases of making the pastel de nata. If you want to participate in all stages of the making, please contact us for a private session. Any child aged 12 or over need to reserve an adult seat. Children under 12 years old, and any child who is not tall enough to reach the counter, will only be able to participate if their guardians have booked a private activity. Children under 12 need to request authorization in advance to be present in the group activity.

Climb aboard a Sailing Yacht for a scenic cruise in Porto. Begin the adventure at Douro Marina and set out to see Ribeira, Cais de Gaia, Foz do Douro. What kind? I love bridges, their power, photogenic and beautiful views from them. Usually tourists know one / two bridges, but there are 6 in Porto! I'll show my favorite views from the very beautiful D. Maria Pia bridge and you look at Porto quite differently. During the walk I will keep your emotions and mood in these pictures places of Porto. You will receive wonderful memories of your trip to this beautiful city. I try to keep this tour as personal as possible and therefore I limit the number of participants to four.
