Split heater for warmth or cool in this well insulated space. Great WiFi and 1 block from a deli serving hot breakfasts etc. Over the hill in Fairfax is the famous Good Earth food store. Great drives to Point Reyes and Golden Gate Bridge. A great base for exploring the area.

The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. This is a newly remodeled comfortable cottage. Very close to the bart (walk only 10 minutes) . So easy go to Berkeley. Oakland and San Francisco. Also it’s close to the Chinese super market and Chinese restaurants(walk only 2 minutes). Costco also close (walk only 10 minutes) . If you drive car free way 80 near by.
