With one bedroom and one bath, this cottage provides freshly remodeled atmosphere of romance, warmth, comfort, and home. This cottage is nestled in the back corner of our property, with ample privacy and a designated driveway. It is a perfect home away from home.

Located in the scenic, tranquil Berkeley Hills, just up the hill from UC Berkeley, this climate controlled studio offers spectacular views, privacy & a large outdoor dining area. You’ll enjoy huge windows overlooking the SF Bay, lots of natural light, a new queen bed, lounge area, bluetooth speaker & kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea station. A large monitor and standing desk makes it easy to work or stream movies using our gigabit Wi-Fi. Easy parking and bus access.

Montclair Creekside Retreat

Two room in-law suite with private entry, private bath and kitchenette. Deck entry overlooking Temescal Creek and towering 100 year old coastal Redwoods. Shared garden across the bridge. Walk to Lake Temescal and Montclair Village. Easy, quick access to Hwys 13 and 24. Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.

This guest suite is located in the scenic historic district of Benicia. You can stroll through the Historic Arsenal and the area offers incredible views of the Bay, bridges, and ships of the Benicia Port and Marina. Downtown is just a few blocks away. This suite is centrally located for enjoyment of the region - Napa, Walnut Creek, San Francisco, & Sacramento. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, but, sorry, no cats. The Suite is ideal for up to 2 adults and 1 child, but small for 3 adults.

Private master bedroom, private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, large open shower & large private balcony. The place is quiet, peaceful & has beautiful views of the trees & hillside.
