Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage für viele Aktivitäten im Sommer und im Winter und ist fußläufig in ca. 12 Min vom Garmischer Zentrum entfernt.
