With 100 m² of living space, a total of 6 people and one pet can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The large floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to flood into the house from both sides, creating a bright and friendly atmosphere in the large and modern kitchen and living area. Make yourself comfortable on the large leather sofa in front of the television and watch your favourite film via satellite for British channels or a film on the DVD player. A wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, while the energy-saving heat pump ensures pleasant temperatures all year round. The well-equipped kitchen offers all modern conveniences, including an oven, 4 ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a 94-litre freezer compartment and a microwave. Grunden er ugenert med høje træer og indhegnet så hunden kan løbe frit. Her er meget fredelig i jul og nytår, da al brug af fyrværkeri er forbudt hele året.

På badeværelset er vaskemaskine og tørretumbler til fri afbenyttelse. Køkkenet er veludstyret og indeholder også mikrobølgeovn samt opvaskemaskine. Sommerhuset er beliggende på en 600 m² stor naturgrund. Der er 6km til vesterhavet. Falen Å løber tæt ved huset, og er fantastisk til paddleboard, kajakroning.

My husband and I bought this wonderful cottage in January 2021 with the aim to fully renovate it and then share it with others who appreciate a location directly in the Danish West Coast nature, the amazing tranquility, the big dunes, and the close proximity to the wide North Sea beaches at Haurvig and Hvide Sande. NB: Outdoor area (wooden deck, lounge area, outdoor furniture, pizza / BBQ area) will be 100% new / updated by 01 March 2026! We think it'll be a major upgrade to the cottage.

60m2 ægte sommerhusstemning i et lille bitte sommerhusområde i landlige omgivelser ved Ringkøbing Fjord med gode muligheder for windsurfing, kite & SUP, samt gå, løbe og cykelture i skøn natur. Huset har større soveværelse med dobbeltseng, værelse med 3/4 seng samt anneks med 4 sengepladser (køjesenge), hvoraf 2 er alm størrelse og 2 er smalle/til mindre børn. Dejlig havestue, trådløs internet, opvaskemaskine, plads til 2 biler. Sengetøj, håndklæder og basisting er inklusiv.

Huset har 2 soverum og i alt 6 sovepladser - fordelt på henholdsvis to trekvartsenge og en køjeseng. Der er dyner og puder til 6 personer, men medbring selv sengelinned. Der er en stor græsplæne og 3 gode terrasser. Det er ca. 400m til fjorden/ strand, og gode muligheder for gå-/cykelture i en skøn natur og leg på vandet.

Ejendommen ligger helt op af Søndervig Landevej - med marker på de tre andre sider. Tæt på ferie- og badebyen Søndervig samt den gamle og hyggelige købsstad Ringkøbing med brostensbelagte gader, gå-gade, havnemiljø mv. Der er 18 hullers golfbane og Lalandia badeland i Søndervig. Afstand til stranden ved Søndervig er 5,5 km mens Ringkøbing fjord og Bagges Dæmning ligger 1 km fra huset. Der er cykelsti både til Ringkøbing og Søndervig.

Camp Nørager ligger uforstyrret ved Aulum midt mellem Herning og Holstebro. Her får du adgang til en skøn og dejlig lejrplads med rigtig mange muligheder for aktiviteter og oplevelser. Vi tilbyder både overnatning inde og ude samt mulighed for at lave mad og bespise mange mennesker. Lejren er velegnet til både familietræf, fest, kursus, møde og lejrskole. Der er 54 sengepladser, 2 babysenge og service til 60 personer.
