Practica deportes como senderismo, ciclismo, etc. en Teror y municipios anexos sin renunciar a los días de playa desde el norte al sur de la isla. La casa está a escasos 5 minutos en coche de Teror y a 10 de la autopista GC-3 que conecta con el Norte/Centro y el Sur de la isla, así como con Tamaraceite que cuenta con todos los servicios.
