Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The holiday apartment 'Obergasserhof Waldruhe' in St. Lorenzen/San Lorenzo di Sebato is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of the Alps. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
