With lots of trails and the Susquehanna River close by, your family can spend many hours hiking in southern Lancaster County. Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. *PLEASE READ This home is very comfy and has a history room showing family collectibles dating back to 1854 *There is no cleaning fee! Located a few miles from I-95/Route 1 & 40 With a living room, kitchen with dining area, 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath. *BEDROOM 3 is a suite that can be added for an ADDITIONAL CHARGE. It includes a living area, king size bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Ask Karen for details. Children under 12 years of age are not suitable to stay and No Pets are allowed.

Enjoy all the serenity of the country yet close to the shopping, marinas, and within 50 mile access to Baltimore, Wilmington and Philadelphia. The property is also within 30 minutes of Fair Hill Natural Resources Area with 5,500+acres and 80+ miles of trails for hiking, biking, and beautiful scenery. Pets are allowed. A pet (dog/cat) fee of $5/night/pet will be requested the day of your arrival.

Large solar heated pool for summer fun! Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings on one acre at the end of a cul-de-sac. Large, toomy pet allowed property. Private space all to yourself, with parking and seperate entrance. AC, queen bed, foldout couch, microwave, Keurig coffee, large Air fryer, hot plate and mini fridge. There is a bathroom with necessary toiletries, sink and large walk in shower. If you would like, Amish style sticky bun, fruit and juice will be provided for breakfast.
