Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Compact living space combining modern kitchen, dining area and lounge. Spacious bathroom. Addictive balcony for coffee in the morning or an evening drink. Private parking in basement. Enjoy the tranquility at home or the vibe in the trendy harbour area, or walk 20 minutes to city centre. Bedding and towels included.

Badehus, unik beliggenhed på mole, m/P-plads

Unik mulighed for at bo direkte på molen og bare 3 meter fra vandkanten i det ikoniske Bjarke Ingels byggeri på nyopførte Aarhus Ø. Wifi og privat p-plads medfølger. I godt vejr er havnepromenaden lige udenfor velbesøgt. Hyggelig og veludnyttet badehus med sovehems. Fantastisk, sydvendt, 180 graders panoramaudsigt til vand, havn og byens skyline. Small living når det er allerbedst - perfekt for par eller forretningsrejsende. The-køkken med elkedel og køleskab - ikke muligt at lave varmt mad.

Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig med fri parkering. Lejligheden ligger tæt på både letbane (100m) og busser (400 m) ind til Aarhus C. Der er 400m til nærmeste supermarked. 50 m til Padelcenter Er du til naturen ligger Egå Engsø i gåafstand. Køkkenet er veludstyret med opvaskemaskine, komfur etc. samt god spiseplads. Der er mulighed for ekstra opredning i stuen, hvis I kommer mere end 2 personer. Vi som værtspar står gerne til rådighed så vidt som muligt.

Villa i Risskov - tæt på centrum

Nyd det simple byliv i denne fredelige og centralt beliggende bolig i Risskov. Med kun 5 km fra centrum af Aarhus og til badestranden ved Bellevue/Risskov. Bussen 1a og 18 går lige udenfor døren og det nemt at komme indtil byen. Parkering er gratis ved ejendommen og der må holde to biler på matriklen resten er gadeparkering på eget ansvar. Området er stille og roligt og beboet af alle generationer, derfor forventes der også at der tages hensyn til naboerne under deres ophold.

For os er det den perfekte rekreative oase i byen med den skønneste natur lige udenfor døren, og nem adgang til vanden via badebro. Samtidig er der på Aarhus Ø masser af byliv med teater, cafeer, restauranter, indkøb og vandsport lige om hjørnet. Lejlighed er i 2 plan med egen indgang og udsigt til bugten og Risskov.

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
