The Stables annexe is located in a beautiful courtyard setting with private entrance and free off road parking. From the courtyard, you step into the open plan lounge area with underfloor heating. Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are several country pubs within walking distance all serving good food. The nearest being a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful walks from the door onto Thurstaston Common, Royden Park. Regular local bus and train services into Liverpool.

Cosy private space in pretty Pickmere cottage

Your space consists of a privately accessed ground floor suite consisting of a hallway double bedroom bathroom and kitchen and off road parking. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and breakfast provisions are provided. Close to the Cheshire Showground, Arley Hall Tatton and Dunham Estates, we are ideally placed for all Cheshires attractions and delightful Knutsford is close by for shopping and dining. The space is fully self contained and private although part of our cottage where we also live.

Private Garden Annexe beautifully furnished

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

Spacious Rustic Cottage

Spacious rustic property with the countryside on your doorstep but within a 10 minute walk into Ormskirk town centre. Easily accessible transport routes into Liverpool, Manchester and Southport. This traditional property boasts a private entrance and private parking space for guests. Enjoy your own log burner in the living room or nip outside to your private courtyard to sit by the fire pit. We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend

Plas y Foel Basement

This one bedroom basement guest suite is self contained accommodation underneath our family home. It has its own entrance with access to an outdoor terrace and small garden. It can sleep up to 4 people, with Twin beds in the bedroom and a double bed settee in the sitting room area. TV for DVD's, a good selection is provided. There is a kitchenette area and I provide for guests a basic breakfast, of cereals, toast, milk butter, orange juice tea and coffee.

The little annexe

This unique place has a style all its own. The little annexe is in a residential area of kinmel bay/Towyn it’s fully self contained set in its own little garden and private entrance onto the street it has 1 bedroom with a small double bed open plan living room and full kitchen including washing machine full size cooker pots/pans ect shower room / toilet ( please note shower room sink cold water only )has a lovely peaceful little garden with seating area
