I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. We are located on the 3 Peaks route and close to the Pennine Way/Dales way. The property is surrounded by the finest walking and mountain bike trails in England. Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

Near the Great North Run start, and about 20 mins walk into town. In the centre of trendy Jesmond, it's a red brick lodge, totally rebuilt in 2016, with a super insulated, modern interior. We also have 2 other rooms, search"Garden View" and "Peace & Quiet". Breakfast (muesli, fruit, toast etc) is included up to 10.00am.

Pods are en-suite and equipped with TV, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee/tea making facilities.

Bright, airy room in a family home in the pretty village of Skelton, 3 miles from York. You’ll have a private bathroom with both a bath and a powerful shower. It's well stocked with shampoo and shower gel. There’s a kettle, tea, coffee, mini‑fridge with proper milk, so a hot drink is always close by. There's also some small treats provided. We have three friendly, curious cats. The house is clean, but the odd hair is possible, so it may not suit those with allergies.
