City of Cathedral City STVR Permit No. CODE-STVR-004150-2024.This is a home-share (we live here). We provide a "woodsy" style room with a full-size bed (4'x6'), desk, dresser etc. for up to 2 people. If needed, we have another guest room with 2 twin size beds for up to 2 people located in our kids "playroom." There is no extra cost to use both bedrooms. The Maximum occupancy is 4. Due to health concerns and in consideration of all guests, non-smokers only (cigarettes, marijuana, vape, etc.)
