No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

The Cozy Cabin: Riverton Retreat

The Cozy Cabin is a modern farmhouse, studio cabin located in the heart of Riverton, Utah with incredible large mountain views. Enjoy Utah skiing in under an hour of driving time to the top-rated ski resorts: Alta, Brighton, and Snowbird. The cabin is the perfect spot for travelers looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway. Also known as the Hogwarts Castle, this Draper home follows a traditional luxury style. Stay in our Luxury Guest house apartment that is attached to a modern-day 24k sq ft Castle. No expense was spared on this guest house. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets looking over the Draper Temple and Salt Lake Valley. Take a hike or mountain bike ride on one of the many trails directly behind the home. Within 45 minutes from Ski Resorts in the Park City and Sundance area. Central to 3 valleys.

Private Studio Apartment, in South Jordan

Newly remodeled, private, basement apartment with separate entrance. Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
