It comprises a kitchen/living room/diner with high ceiling, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. A delightful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage that has a small private garden and patio with incredible views over the countryside. Located 1.5 miles north of Pontypridd town centre, high up on top of Graigwen Hill, the perfect place to explore South Wales with walks directly from the door. The property is part of an active smallholding, the full land mostly used to graze horses. The cottages backs onto a large field where our Highland Cattle graze.

It is set just a few streets back from Roath park and is close to Albany and Wellfield road, with plenty of shops, bars and cafes. You are not far from town, with easy links to the Bay. The house itself has recently been renovated and although there are still bits left to do, it will provide a comfortable and quiet place for your stay.
